These sessions take place at SMITH GYM in person. During these sessions Greg will take you through a warm-up, workouts directly in line with your goals, and a cool-down. Most Smith Gym clients train on a recurring schedule (example: MWF at 10am) so you build fitness into your weekly routine. But, Greg also knows not all weeks are the same and moving around/rescheduling sessions can easily be done as well to best fit your schedule.
Individual sessions that are cancelled with less than 6 hours notice will have a late cancellation fee applied of 50% of session rate. For partner sessions a $10 fee is charged for an individual late cancel within 6 hours and 50% of session rate is charged if full partner session is cancelled with less than 6 hours notice.
